Petite Maison is the beginning of the Estilo vision to provide luxurious residences for professionals living in Santa Barbara, and desiring a dwelling within the downtown corridor that has uncompromising fits, finishes and views. Estilo Group worked with its team of local leading architects to design beautiful, boutique townhouses, offering renewable energy from micro-solar units powering each residence. These townhomes are located centrally for easy access to Cottage Hospital, the 101 freeway, shopping and the beach. These townhomes were also designed to be pet friendly, with outdoor patios and open space. The design review board noted during one of their reviews of the property that the layout and design were "handsome", and we think so too. Design & Development
Petite Maison is a property that Estilo Group knew had endless opportunity when they acquired it. The lot is situated perfectly, with the East-facing side abutting to Bohnett Park, making for quiet residences, as well as an abundance of trees and foliage that embrace the natural beauty of Santa Barbara. The front of the building faces West and is offset from the street - keeping the units quiet while still providing walkability to local gems like Revolver Pizza, which is just a two minute walk away.
When designing the building, Estilo focused on honoring the local environment, while creating all the amenities that professionals living in the units would expect from luxury townhomes. Estilo designed the units to be independent from one another, creating 3 levels with private garages on the ground, living on the second, and rooms on the third. From the third unit, tenants will enjoy views of the beautiful Santa Barbara mountains. In addition, units are equipped with patios and balconies to optimize for the indoor/outdoor lifestyle that we have all come to love in Santa Barbara.
